PrintFox Enterprises, founded in 2024, provides custom printing services on various products, including T-shirts, mugs, corporate gifts, and more. We cater to both B2B and B2C clients, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. All orders are subject to the following terms.

Our prices start from ₹199 + GST, and all pricing information is available on our website. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design and quantity of the order. Payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept online payment methods, and all transactions are secure.
Once an order is placed, it will be processed as per the design specifications provided by the customer. Please ensure that all design files and instructions are accurate before submitting the order. PrintFox Enterprises is not responsible for errors in the design that were submitted incorrectly.
We are committed to fulfilling orders within the promised timeline. The estimated delivery time will depend on the complexity of the order and the delivery location. We offer doorstep delivery across India. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues beyond our control.
At PrintFox Enterprises, we ensure that all products meet our quality standards. If there are any issues with the print quality or damage during delivery, we encourage customers to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for resolution. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to the nature of the printing process, and these will not be considered defects.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or the print does not match the specifications provided. In such cases, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
All content, designs, and materials provided by PrintFox Enterprises, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and product descriptions, are the intellectual property of PrintFox Enterprises. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
PrintFox Enterprises will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
PrintFox Enterprises reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
